any of the products you receive, you may return them for a full refund.
This guarantee is good for 30 days from the invoice date. Refunds will
be given on the cost of the product only, not shipping or any other
charges. All products must be returned in resalable condition, not
damaged in any way and must be in original condition with the return
freight prepaid.
Minimum Order Requirements:
Colors
other than the standard in stock colors may be purchased with a minimum
order of ten (10) and a 50% non-refundable deposit. New
colors
will take approximately 7-10 days longer than other orders.
Shipping Damage Claims
Shipping damage must be reported to your local shipping/freight office
within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted.
International Orders
Pothier Innovations will accept International orders. Shipping on all
International orders will be determined on an individual
basis.
